Feature: It provides authentic Hangzhou cuisine. The name of “363” was originally derived from the story that the boss cooked dishes by meeting the requirements of Su Dongpo, a famous literary giant in Northern Song Dynasty, when he paid a visit to West Lake and invited his friends there. After dinner, the boss asked Su Dongpo for a couplet, so the poem “Three Tastes six dishes in the three rain (“three rain” means “Midnight rain”), we enjoyed the West Lake when the sun rose in the west”. Later, the traditional Hangzhou dishes banquet of “three cold dishes, six meat dishes and three vegetable dishes” was formed in the restaurant. Therefore it was named as “363”. It is the first-class restaurant in China. You can enjoy the discount if you hold a VIP card. The restaurant can accommodate 200 people dinning at the same time.
